About Us
William Lindy was a homebuilder who switched to design back in 1987. He has a wealth of experience and has designed for many markets. Bill teamed with Alan Wills, a longtime builder and developer who ended up building a ranch condo development which they jointly designed. Alan developed and built the project and a winning combination was born.
Since then, the Lindy and Wills Design Group has grown into a company specializing in the designing of house plans for Active Adult Lifestyles. We offer a variety of design collections to provide flexibility for the builders and developers who use our products. Designs are routinely updated and modified based on the needs of the builders and the demands of the market.
